What people see
The survey from the other side, start to finish.
People never need an app, an account or an email address. They scan the QR code or open the link, and see a single page:
- Your question, with your logo and colour, and the answer buttons. There's nothing else on the page to distract them.
- One tap saves their answer.
- If the comment box is on: "Thanks. Anything to add?" with an optional box. They can write something or just tap Finish.
- A thank-you screen.
The whole thing usually takes under ten seconds.
The small print they see
Along the bottom of every survey is a short note: we never ask for their name or email, one cookie stops repeat answers, and links to the privacy notice and cookies page.
Seeing it for yourself
Use the live preview in the survey editor, or choose Preview on a survey. Preview answers are never saved and never count towards your plan.
Tip: Open your survey link on your own phone once it's live. It's the quickest way to check it looks right.
