Invoices, VAT and payment

Who takes your payment

Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment securely, charges VAT or sales tax where it applies, and sends your invoices. Tinysurv never sees your card details.

Your bank statement will show Paddle's name rather than Tinysurv's.

VAT

Prices on our site include VAT for UK buyers. Elsewhere, the checkout adds any tax that applies and shows you the full amount before you pay.

If you need your business name or VAT number on your invoices, you can add them at checkout.

Invoices and your card

Paddle emails an invoice for every payment. To download past invoices, change your card or update your billing details, open Plan and billing and choose Manage billing.

If a payment fails

Plan and billing will say your last payment didn't go through. Paddle tries again over the next few days. Update your card in Manage billing to keep your plan.
