Comments and filters
Read what people wrote, and narrow down the list.
Below the charts on a survey's results page is the list of answers, newest first.
Comments or every answer
- Comments shows only answers that came with a comment. This is where the most useful feedback usually is.
- All responses shows every answer, with or without a comment.
Filtering
- Filter by answer shows only one answer, such as every 1-star rating, so you can see what unhappy people said.
- Filter by where answers came from appears once the website pop-up has brought in answers, so you can look at one source at a time.
Filters work together with the period at the top of the page.
Spam
- Looks like spam marks a comment with a web link, email address or phone number, or the same comment left more than once in a day. It's a guess, so the answer still counts in your score. Delete it with the bin icon if it's spam.
- Hide likely spam appears once a comment is marked, and takes those answers out of the list.
- Automated answers from scripts, rather than people, are turned away before they reach your results. The results page and your weekly summary say how many there were.
Tip: Look at your lowest scores first. One honest comment often tells you exactly what to fix.
