Upgrading, switching and cancelling
Move to Pro, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel, from Plan and billing.
Everything here happens in Plan and billing, in the menu.
The plans
- Free: free, with unlimited responses (fair use).
- Pro: £15 a month or £150 a year, adding the website pop-up, low-rating alerts and a Monday summary, PDF export, unlimited surveys (fair use) and the option to remove the Tinysurv link.
Paying yearly costs ten months' price, so two months are free: you save £30. See Free and Pro for everything each plan includes.
Moving to Pro
Choose Pro and pay in the secure checkout. Pro starts as soon as the payment goes through.
If you chose Pro on the Tinysurv website before signing up, the checkout opens as soon as your account is made. Close it to stay on Free; you can move to Pro later.
Monthly and yearly
On Pro, Plan and billing has a Switch to button for the other billing interval, with a note underneath saying what you'll pay. Read the note first: the change starts as soon as you choose the button, with no extra step to confirm.
- Monthly to yearly: you pay for the year today, less a credit for what's left of the current month.
- Yearly to monthly: what's left of your year is credited to your monthly payments.
Cancelling
Choose Manage billing, then cancel there. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you've paid for. After that you're on Free: your surveys, results and link all stay, and people can still answer. The Pro extras stop, and any surveys beyond Free's 3 stay as they are, but you can't add new ones until you're under the limit.
