Changing a survey once it's live

What you can change

Before the first answer arrives, you can change everything. After that:

• Locked: the question and the answer style. This keeps every answer comparable with the last.
• Still editable: your logo, brand colour and the comment box.

To ask something different, create a new survey. You can have as many as you like.

Closing and reopening

Closing a survey stops new answers. Anyone who opens the link or scans the QR code sees a short message saying it has closed. Your results stay exactly as they are.

Reopening starts taking answers again on the same link and QR code, so QR code posters you've already printed keep working.

You'll find both on the survey's edit page, under Manage.

Deleting a survey

Delete this survey removes the survey and every response to it. Its link stops working. This can't be undone, so export your results first if you might want them. See Exporting your results.
