Fair use
Responses are unlimited on every plan, and surveys on Pro. What fair use means.
Every plan, Free and Pro, takes unlimited responses, and Pro has unlimited surveys. There's no allowance to run out of, no meter and no responses held back.
What fair use means
Unlimited is for normal use by one business: your own business and its locations. As a guide, that's up to 10,000 responses a month per account, across all your surveys, and on Pro, up to 100 surveys.
If an account goes past either, nothing stops: your surveys keep taking answers, you can keep making surveys, and the people answering notice nothing. A person at Tinysurv takes a look, and if it seems like more than one business, or automated or abusive use, we'll get in touch to talk it through before anything changes.
How responses are counted
Responses are counted per calendar month. Deleting responses doesn't lower the count, because a response counts when it arrives. Answers you give yourself in preview mode never count.
Surveys in a day
To keep out scripts, an account can make up to 30 new surveys in a day. That's far more than a business needs; if you reach it, you can make more the next day.
