Your link and QR code
The simplest ways to get your survey in front of people, including social media.
Every published survey has its own short link and QR code. You'll find both on the survey's Share page.
The link
Copy the link and send it in a text or WhatsApp message, add it to an email or a receipt, or put it in your social media bio. Anyone who opens it can answer straight away.
Sharing on social media
Under the link, Share to opens WhatsApp, Facebook, X, LinkedIn or your email app with a post ready to go: "Got a second?" and your question, with the link. Change the words there before you post if you like. On a phone, Share… opens your phone's own share menu, so you can pick any app you have, Instagram and Messenger included.
Wherever the link goes, it shows up as a card with your question, your logo and colour, and the kind of answer it takes. If you edit or close the survey, the card follows. Some apps keep an old card for a while, so a post you've already made may not change straight away.
The QR code
People point their phone camera at the code and tap the link that appears. Download it in either format:
- PNG for documents, slides, menus and screens.
- SVG for professional printing. It stays sharp at any size, from a sticker to a banner.
Your QR code never changes, even if you edit your logo or colour, or close and reopen the survey. Print it once and keep using it. For a ready-made A4 page, see Printing your QR code poster.
Tip: Before printing lots, scan the code yourself from about a metre away to check it works at the size you've chosen. See The QR code won't scan.
