One answer a day

Why each phone can answer each survey once a day.

Each phone can answer each survey once a day. This stops one enthusiastic (or grumpy) person from tapping again and again and swamping your results.

How it works

When someone answers, their phone keeps a small cookie for that survey. If they open it again the same day, they see "You've already answered today" and a thank-you instead of the question. The next day they can answer again.

"A day" follows the timezone in your account settings, so it changes over at midnight where your business is.

There are also limits on how many answers one network can send in a day, so nobody can fill your results using lots of browsers.

Good to know

  • A different phone, or a private browsing window, counts as a different device. That's fine for real people, and the network limits catch anyone trying to cheat.
  • You can test your own survey safely in preview mode as often as you like.
