Reading your results
What each part of a survey's results page tells you.
Open a survey from Your surveys to see its results. They update as answers arrive.
The headline numbers
- Average score (stars and smileys): the average answer, out of 5.
- Thumbs up (thumbs surveys): the share of answers that were a thumbs up.
- Responses: how many answers arrived in the period you're looking at, and how many came with a comment.
Charts
- Over time shows answers day by day, or week by week over longer periods, so you can spot a good or bad patch.
- By answer shows how many people chose each answer.
- Where answers came from appears once your website pop-up has brought in answers. It splits them between the link or QR code and the pop-up.
The Over time chart has Show as a table if you'd rather read the numbers.
Choosing a period
Results show the last 30 days to begin with. Choose Last 7 days, Last 90 days, All time or Custom dates to change it. Everything on the page, including the export, follows the period you choose.
Note: Days follow the timezone in your account settings. See Timezone, devices and deleting your account.
